Manbir S. Chowdhary has successfully litigated against some of the nation’s largest employers in both state and federal court. He represents employees and executives in all areas of labor and employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower claims, misclassification, and unpaid wages claims.
Mr. Chowdhary’s experience also includes the prosecution and defense of contractual disputes, business torts, and the enforcement of partner/shareholder rights. His firm’s business litigation clients include real estate developers, national sportswear manufacturers, Fortune 500 executives, medical organizations, restaurants, and 501(c)(3) corporations.
Prior to starting his own law practice, Mr. Chowdhary worked for a private investment firm where he handled a wide variety of civil litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Chowdhary is a graduate of the University of Buckingham, and USC Law School. He is licensed to practice law in California, New York, and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Mr. Chowdhary is an active member of the American Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, the California Employment Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and serves on the Orange County Bar Association Education Committee.
