Sean T. Nguyen, Of Counsel at Chowdhary Law, APC, is a seasoned attorney specializing in employment law and civil litigation for over two decades.
Mr. Nguyen represents employees in all manner of employment claims, including claims for wrongful termination, wage & hour violations, whistle-blower, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims based on age, race, national origin, gender, pregnancy, medical leave and disability.
Previously, Mr. Nguyen was a Senior Corporate Counsel for The Home Depot, where he managed all forms of employment issues for the company, including handling hundreds of employment lawsuits. These matters included nationwide government actions and class action lawsuits for violations of state and federal employment laws. He also provided legal and business-related advice on employment and compliance issues and directed or advised on hundreds of different investigations.
Mr. Nguyen is a graduate of UCLA School of Law.
